NSFAS - Additional payment not subtracted

I paid R3000 in a division of R1000 in April 2021. To date the money hasn't been subtracted from my debt. I have been trying to call, apparently I can't be assisted because I graduated in 2015. I sent multiple emails to collections and info but no response yet. This is not the first time I do this and it automatically subtracted on the balance . The problem is I also last received my statement last year May. I've tried all social media platforms with no assistance or whatsoever.
