NSFAS - 2022 funding status

I applied for NSFAS in August 2020 for the year of study 2021 and i chose the college as the institution of study but i was rejected by the college and i registered at Nelson Mandela in 2021. My registration template was sent last year but my last years fees were not settled and this year the status is blank on my nsfas portal. I have been enquiring about this matter since but till today it is not resolved. Everyday i Write e-mails and call the offices but i'm told a different stories about my quiry.
