I have been paying for a tracking device that i do not use.My husband was involved in an accident 3 months after we installed your tracking device. The car was written off .therefore he was not using it .i continued paying and after a year i have requested that you cancel and stop debiting my account.As i feel i paying for something that i do not have and that does not exist.Then they tell you about contact ,where is the vehicle that i am contracted to if it was written off and i am no longer in position of it

fast track its 2023 still my account is being debited .when i check on the WhatsApp the unit is updating ,to who ? For who? Its not in my car .so am i paying for someone else security and luxury. And the unit/account is still under my name .i have requested for cancellation may times .

now i am being taken to legal for my money while i was paying for nothing for how many years now.
