Netstar put I a incorrect faulty unit in my vehicle. I originally put in the safe n sound unit with recovery warranty in 2017, when netstar changed my unit due to a faulty in 2020 they put in a faulty and incorrect unit. My car was stolen and not recovered yet. Netstar is aware of this and needs to pay me for there faulty and incorrect unit placed in my car. I was paying for the safe and sound with recovery warranty unit sjnce 2017 monthly . Netstar fitted incorrect faulty product, which resulted in my vehicle not being recovered. As per there terms the recovery warranty is in place and they are suppose to pay me for my car
