There was a time last year my car got stolen luckily the insurance had their own tracker on the car. Netstar never replied to unusual places the car was in later I called Netstar asking them why their services are poor and also why could not the let me know the car was in this area that it was never there before there was no help I then canceled the policy which was declined. How does Netstar expect people to pay for services that ain’t delivered they never gave me a panic button or let me know where my car is I then stopped paying them cause of the services not delivered how is that now I am blackmailed by their workers ??
