I have written to 2 of your email addresses requesting cancellation of my account. The emails were never delivered. I called and was assured that the service has been removed and the tracker has been deactivated. I was told that I would receive a cancellation email but have not received it. A debit order went off on my account and I called again. I was assured that it would be the last one. I need an email to confirm that I am no longer a client and I will not be debited for a service that I am not using
