I took a netstar device when purcjading a new vehicle. It was paid for upfront (no monthly fee) inFeb 2021 my vehicle was in an accident and writtten off. I contacted. Netstar to have the tracking device removed and fitted in the new vehicle that I was purchasing. Netstar said they will send someone to check if the unit was still working. About 2 weeks later I phoned again and was informed that the unit was no longer working so they recommended a new unit be installed.
Since Netstar didnt respond in time, I fittex aothet company's device in my new vehicle. So we asked to cancel and tefund the netstar.

The insurance bought/sold. The written off vehicle, and to this day I still receive the notifications on that vehicle. I receive notifications on the unit that NETSTAR informrd me was NOT WORKING and wanting to sell a nee device to me.
In August i phoned AGAIN and requested that to be cancelled and I must br refunded. I was promised that the consultant would speak to her supervisor and get back to me.
It is end of November now, I'm not refunded the 'faulty' device (as pet Netstar) is still sending me notifications, and I have not yet received any communication from Netstar.
