I’ve ordered and sent a wrong thing I logged a complaint and they said they’ll replace. A day later I’m told they’ll credit my account and I must re-order. Who supposed to fix this and What’s so difficult with replacing with the same Pictures I’ve sent as they only have to fix their mess,why must I be the one to help them fix. Last they where so quick to replace and refund the complainant because she was someone famous now it’s me they are taking me from pillar to post.
They must come and fetch this nonsense they sent and provide me with the product that I paid for. I have no longer have any intentions of logging in on their side I’ve lost interest so me ordering again I won’t.
