I have ordered a gift for my sister-in-law on the 26th of September 2022 and paid for it. It was supposed to be delivered to her on the 2nd of October, on her birthday. It shows under tracking my order, that it have been delivered, but she has not received anything. I also did not get any notifications from Netflorist that my package is out for delivery. They said this morning that someone from customer care would contact me, but no one did. I am very disapointed with Netflorist, and I have order a million times through them.,
