If there was a minus rating, NetFlorist would win the award. On 6/12/23, I ordered 12 doughnuts for a client on a business account, even selected the 'business' option, to be delivered on Friday, 8/12/23. Did I mention 'Business'? By 16:10 on Friday, they had still not been delivered so I cancelled the order, to be delivered on Monday. Nay, nay. Who cares about the client? Delivery still took place at 16:50 on a Friday at a company when the entire team had gone home. I quote the lame excuse, "personalization of the box the machine was faulty and had to be fixed so the delay was caused by the printing". What the actual? Another box? A phone call? An email at the very least? Absolutely nothing!!! Since then, despite numerous emails backwards and forwards, they have now, on Saturday morning when the company is closed, offered to COLLECT THE 12 DOUGHNUTS FROM THE CLIENTS' OFFICES. This is ridiculous on too many levels to even mention. What I had hoped to be a nice silly season gesture for my client, has now left my company looking like utter idiots unable to organise a p*ss-up in a brewery. I've never used Netflorist before, and trust me, I will absolutely never do it again!
