My mother went to St Augustines to do a MRI scan. Usually when such procedures are done an authorization comes from the medical aid company. I guess st Aungustines didnt bother doing a pre auth. Now they are saying my mom who is a pensioner must pay +-R27000. StAugustines is not what it used to be, the staff now just doesnt care.
