I missed 1 payment with MFC and called in a few days later, before month end called in made arrangements to pay my arreas. I was to to pay an amount for 3 months and all will be in order. Only to be called there after continuosly and told no such aggreement exists and I must make another. As a bank they do not even know what is going on or should I say the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. This did not stop despite me making an aggreement, sticking to my payment aggreement, I am constantly being called 8 to 10 times a day and every agent says there us no aggreement and I must make one now. This is disgusting. Nedbank, it is time you catch a wake up. You are going to loose customers because of some peoples inadequate understanding of your business. I closed my bank account with them and tried to change my banking details. I made 27 calls only to be shoved from pillow to post and still not sorted out. This is the most incompetent bank I have dealt with and i plan on closing all my accounts with them once settled.
