Upon visiting the Glen Acres Nandos as a group for a working lunch, we encountered mistreat from the manager 'Sinazo' (no second name provided).

The cook and cashier had initially been kind enough to have a discussion with me on the menu options and new changes whilst we awaited the remainder of the work group we were expecting to arrive.
As a sit-in restaurant we had assumed those present would be able to order and once the entire group had arrived and ordered, we would be able to close the bill and make payment.
For over 35 minutes, the cashier (Patricia) attempted to get the managers attention to address whether we could order and pay once the entire group had arrived as it is generally customary with most sit-in restaurant.

At 12:35, when we were finally addressed, it was rude and unnecessarily aggressive. Sinazo made it clear she had a problem with us being seated and not ordering. It was quite clear she had no interaction with her staff regarding our query. It was then implied by Sinazo that we should leave as we had not ordered and been seated in the restaurant for long enough, particularly, as we could not give an exact estimate of the arrival of the remaining members.

The manager not only failed to communicate with her staff who had attempted to get her attention to respond to our query but also failed in addressing customers professionally.
