I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made at your establishment. On 18/05/2024, I bought a salad and a quarter chicken at 17:15 on my way to work. Unfortunately, upon consuming the meal, I found that the salad was not fresh, and there was no fork included with my order.
In an effort to address this issue, I called Nando's at 23:22 to log a complaint and spoke with an employee named Tinyiko. During our conversation, Tinyiko accused me of lying about the freshness of the salad, stating that it was made just before 15:00 that day. However, based on my experience, I believe the salad I received was not prepared on the same day, raising concerns about potential food safety and quality.
Tinyiko advised me to bring the salad back the following day, which I find to be an inconvenient solution given my circumstances. As a loyal customer, I am deeply concerned about the quality of food and the manner in which my complaint was handled. I hope that you will address this matter promptly to ensure that such issues do not recur in the future.
