Mweb - Mweb bad service

I can't use my wifi the light goes red and green I did report it the r doing nothing whey do you pay them for bad service and when you report it they ignore it
this People don't care they don't even phone back to ask HW they can help am still sitting with the same problem from Sunday and today is Thursday whey do we pay you for I cant use my wifi for five days but you want your money and if you behind then you r quick to sent lawyers letters
