MTN - Poor organizing

I was supposed to receive 3 phones from MTN today. Delivery was arranged berween 10:00 to 12:00, the driver called to say he was running late and that he would be here between 14:00 and 15:00. He arrived before 15:00 but with knly 2 phones.

Now my question is why only 2 phones when all 3 phones when my ID number is used in all 3 phones. I arranged the date and time when i was available, so now i need to wait for the other phone. This is poor organizing.
