I tried making an online purchase, but I was unsuccessful due to the the app was now updated to the otp option, so with me it gave me a problem because I was unable to get the otp it will tell me about the error and that it was unable to link my card,I don't know why because I have used this app for a long time now..I tried calling customer care but they couldn't assist,I was asked to send the screen shot,I did but still no luck.what annoys me is that I have been waiting for this promotion,now that is here I'm unable to purchase,some of the items I wanted are finished ,some on low stock,I'm very dissatisfaction cause tried raising this issue but no help.i have been using my acc since 2009,and now this is the treatment I get from mrp...very disappointing
