We stood in line to purchase items and canceled the layby in order to process on the clothing account. We waited over 30mins just for them to find the layby, there was no professionalism to come and advise us that they still looking for the items instead the manager responds with there's thousands of laybys - I would've appreciate it if she were to apologize cause we waited long.
