I ordered on the 18th and order eta was 23rd, I only got notified on the 28th that parcel is ready for collection around 1:30 but couldn’t come right away due to work.
2 hour later I get another notification that order was collected and I must share my experience
I tried customer service and it was are already closed so yesterday got through to agent named Yvonne, She advised I go to the store personally as it could be system error. Fine, I get there around 9 am this morning and I am told parcel hasn’t arrived yet email states it was scanned out. nobody can give me answers.
I wasted my petrol and drove there to fourways mall for what? my parcel is missing which I paid R359
Now what must happen? must I write on your twitter,IG,Facebook or hellopeter to get my money back and to notify the public about this.
