Mr Price - Requesting new card

I have been to Mr Price home now for the 3rd time. Previous times tbey said they do not have cards in stock and used my ID number for purchase. The back side of my card cane off. Tofay I went to buy my grand daughter a birthday present. They said they could not give me a new card as it eas a publuc holiday. I asked about using my ID as that is what happened as previously the cashier told me they do not have cards in stock. The lady told.me they alway have cards but as it is a public holiday they cam not assist. Tha k you fir messing my day up . I want to kbow why Kolonnade Retai park now for a 3rd rime did not assist me with service. I left my trolley with stuff just thete and letf in tears.
