Mr Price - Rejected to purchase joseph

Since been a customer of Mr price I have been purchasing nobody ever told me about changing my card and I never received a email, messages,nor call from Mr price about me caring my ID to do my purchase at the shop to my surprise I was denied to purchase my items because I don't have ID and my card is not in a good condition to purchase but weeks back I purchased at church street I had no problem now I'm at Sammy marks and the customer service is so bad I had to wait for an hour to be confirmed that I'm the rightful owner of the card but really I know they are doing their job but why wait an hour to get confirmed can I please have a quick reply on this matter I hate being treated as a criminal infront of people
