Mr Price - Refuse damage exchange

I took out a laybye less than a month ago but unfortunately misplaced my receipt.. But i have my id that i use to laybye they say they cant check for me because the system cant find once i took out the laybe i am erased whuch is inconvenient because i was not asked if i want my receipt emailed or not... Now i wore the boots 3 times and the sole separated from the shoe.. What on earth can i do with the shoe.... Am really gonna spread the word about this.. I aM soo disappointed really
