Mr Price - Refusal of receipt

Good day Sir/Madam
On the 28th of November 2022 I went to Mr price Sports Alberton city to buy some clothes. After paying, a cashier (lady) by the name of Nomfundo Zungu refused to give me a receipt and she said they don't give out receipt anymore they only send it to E-mails so I asked for a manager by the name of Mpho Kekana then she also insisted that I should provide them with e-mail address otherwise they can never process the payment it is a must to give e-mail address . I kept on begging for a receipt but they said I should go and buy them where I will get a receipt, I refused and demanded it they ended up printing it after a long fight. My question is, Mr price no longer printing the receipt for customers? Why are they demanding our E-mails not asking them? It is not a customer's choice anymore? Why their staff are so rude to customers even manager?
I'm asking this questions because I want to know what to expect next time when I decide to come to the store. I hope my complain will be attended and feedback will be provided to me.
