Mr Price - Refund for cancelled order

On the 28.11.2022 I placed an online order for 2 items (Grand Total (Incl.Vat)ZAR268.98) with Mr Price. On the 30.11.2022 I followed up to find out when will I be receiving the delivery and I was informed that it won't on the 02.12.2022 as it was stated on the email due to Black Friday orders. After hearing that I advised the agent to cancel my order and she advised that my money will be refunded within 7 days. The following day I received an email confirming that the order was cancelled. I have sent several emails to Mr Price asking about my refund, but I have not received any feedback.
All I need is just my refund of R268.98 deposited back to my account.
