Mr Price - Refund

I have been calling Mr.Price for the past four weeks with no results about my refund. They claimed the refund was processed, I went to the bank nothing. I even emailed my bank statement to indicate that I never received the refund,. This is from the 30th May 2020 and still today 28/06/2021 I have not received anything, no feedback, no communication. I spend hours on the phone trying to resolve the matter and I have to hold on for hours with my airtime and no luck.
