On the 13th of January I purchased a shirt and a dress In mr price adderly street in Cape Town CBD. I was advised to enter my email address as the receipts will be sent to an email. I never received the receipt. Today I wanted to get a refund of these few items as they don’t fit me . I then went to the nearest Mr price branch that is in Philippi the new junction, where I was helped by a very rude and unprofessional teller. I was so disgusted with the service I received In Philippi junction, the teller made as if it is my fault that the receipt was not sent. I can’t believe how she said “you have to go to mr price in town “ and when I was about to ask her for clarity she called the next customer. I need this to be looked into or I’m logging this to hello Peter. I never asked for the receipts to be sent to my email, I never asked for whoever was helping me in adderly street not to send the receipts. The clothes are not worn and they still have Mr price tags and bar code showing that I did not wear them. I want my refund
