I WAS REFUSED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT TILL POINTS, TOLD TO WAIT FOR A GUY HU WAS BUSY WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND TOOK FOREVER. WHILE WAITING ANOTHER WHITE CUSTOMER CAME AND WAS HELPED BEFORE ME. I TOLD THEM I HAD BEEN THERE FOR A LONG TIME BUT STILL CONTINUED TO HELP THE WHITE CUSTOMER BEFORE ME AND IGNORED ME
. I WAS ALSO TOLD THE TILL POINTS DON'T ACCEPT ACCOUNT CARDS ANYMORE IF A CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS (INTENTIONal LIES AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY). I WAS FURTHER GIVEN THE 'REGIONAL MANAGERS PHONE NUMBER (ON REQUEST) WHICH I LATER DISCOVERED BELONGED TO THE STORE MANAGER (ANOTHER INTENTIONAL MISLEADING LIE).
THIS IS PURE RACISM AND BLACK CUSTOMERS NOT BEING VALUED AND UNJUST TREATMENT!
