Mr Price - Poor customer service

Good day.

I'm a usual customer at your shop. Recently about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday . I went to get myself a couple of v-neck tshirts, I was on duty that day.
After standing in the line, my turn came, the teller asked if I was paying cash or swiping.
Then I was referred to the next till where I can swipe. Reaching the other till, the lady referred me back to the previous teller, stating that she too can't swipe. I went back by now the teller was busy with another customer, I quietly waited for my turn. Then the teller informed me to wait for the supervisor(in a black shirt) to help me. The supervisor was standing in between the tills the whole time.
I asked her, if she could help me, she just looked at me and grabbed the red carry bag for another customer. By this time I was infuriated. I decided to storm out, that's when the supervisor uttered her only words to me, "if you want to go then go".
Can you please look into this matter.
