Last year my wife was offered a sim card from Mr Price.... She was informed that it work just like Vodacom.... After migrating from Vodacom No apps would work not even the banking app... Vodacom Informed her that she could Migrate back but only after Three(3) months... When the 3 months was over we phoned and told the operator we will be cancelling the sim since we can not use any app on the phone... The MRP 100 was never cancelled... Now they want us to pay for something we have never used there was even data bought on the sim card even after it was not in use.... From this mess started We had sent E-mails without any resolution.... They keep on calling at odd hours even( not allowed by the Consumer Protection act)... It borders on Harassment now.....
