I made a payment on 17 April 2021 using the methode *120*410# amount was r423.. It was a closing balance.. But it show that I did not make payment.. I do have proof of payment.. I forward the proof of payment.. I was told by Dianna Kenneth the will get back to me.. It 2 weeks now with no response.. I did send emails requesting feedback.. And I've got interest in the amount in question.. Service pathetic
