I am very disappointed as I made a Payment at the Goodwood Mall branch and it is still not allocated on my account.
Mr Price account people has phoned me everyday since and up to date no solution has been found.
I went to the store to ask for assistance and the manager told me to call customer services.
I really don't appreciate the way this matter is being handled.
