Mr Price - Order cancelled without refund

I have made an online order with Mr Price and my order was cancelled without any refund. I tried to get hold of them, they requested me to contact my bank and ask if they did not receive my money. My bank confirmed that the money went out to Mr Price and it never came back to them which means I have made a payment to Mr Price. I have forwarded Mr Price my personal and bank information along with proof of payment and bank statement. And they never got back to me. I think they scammed me my money and want to pin it to my bank whereas it’s clear on my bank statement that there was no money that came into my bank account from Mr Price. I emailed Ozow which was the method of payment I’ve used and they told me that they don’t keep money with them taken from the payer, the money gets straight to the Merchant exactly after the payer has processed the payment so they don’t have the money and they don’t keep money with them. They’re just there as a mediator for transactions between the payer and the merchant. They said I must contact Mr price and send them proof of payment. I did that with Mr price and they’re going quiet on me on all platforms I’m not getting any form of communication as to how they’re going to refund me. After I’ve sent them the documents they keep quiet, after I told them I contacted my bank they kept quiet.
