Mr Price - Online parcel not received

I’ve order online on the 15th/12/2022 my parcel was meant to be delivered by Fastway but till today i haven’t received it. Tried calling them but was kept on hold for over and hour as well as Mr Price customer service department. Those clothes are for Christmas and i’m running out of time here. Thought i was doing myself a favour by purchasing online but now i see that i did the biggest mistake ever
