Mr Price - Online order not received on expected delivery date

I've placed the order 29 th April 2021. received confirmation on same day via email to confirm order with order no 10701155114. On the 3rd may received email to say online order status has changed the order has left for shipping. when I phoned now because i couldn't find or track my order they told me my order is stil at their warehouse in Durban. An delivery will only be sometime in next week.
I've order the pants for my daughter for Eid which is on Thursday . so not impress with Mr price online order, you would of thought it secured and express services .so disappointing.
