I have made a payment on the Mr Price App as usual but to my suprise Mr Price cannot pick up the payment that was made on the 20th December 2020 now my account is in a minus. I made a payment of R1500 and picked up that after the payment has cleared on the 22nd December 2020 that im still owing. I call the Call Centre so many times to have a look at this but no one seems to know where my money went to. This is the first time experiencing something like this with Mr Price very disappointed. I want this to be sorted out as it will drag my name badly with the credit bureau. No one has called me and the emails i'm receiving are going nowhere at this point.
