Mr Price - Offline lay by service

Dear Mr price , I am not happy I went to you store Monday 05 July around 17h00 I was told that the lay- by service is offline at that time, second attempt Tue 06 a round 16h30 then I was still told that I can't make a lay- by as the systems is still offline, third attempt wed around 12h30 I was still turned back because of the system problems that is still offline. Maybe you should be clear to your customers that you are unable to cater them when it comes to a lay- by since is not everyone how has ability to buy cash or on account. Please fix your system problems.
