I have been charged for a service that I have not used. I have had a good relationship with Mr. Price since I opened my account with them but I made a huge mistake by taking a pay as you go sim from them. I am very disappointed with your service and vow that if you charge me for airtime and data next month, I will settle my account and never buy from your stores again. That sim never even connected to any service provider nor could I use any of the data or airtime.
