Mr Price - Not rectifying the status of account

airtime was bought on my mrp account and I have reported it from the 27th of August 2021.
I have called to the call center, send emails but no response at all. The account is suppose to be paid up but because of them not reversing the fraudulent debt, interest are being charged on money that I don't owe them.
no feedback, no communication whatsoever
