I am attempting to get a response from the Customer Care Call Centre regarding a blocked gift voucher. Was promised the matter will be attended to immediately earlier this week. All relevant documentation sent, still no response, not even an acknowledgement that documentation is received. I know my e-mails are read, as I do receive read receipts. Calling in does not help either, you are kept on the line for 20+ minutes and then the call is dropped
