I have been calling been at almost every Mr Price store, had Mr Price staff fax through my documents to customers service, emailes customer service directly. No response. I am unable to change my details with surname since married. Also lost my store card and I pay for lost card insurance, refuse to give me a new card as they want my new ID as I opened the account on my new surname. I sent my marriage certificate so many times. Now my account is blocked online, but I must still pay them every month
