My son opened a new account on the 01st of August and it was approved. He received confirmation to collect his card but after doing so he was told the reference number was not responding. He went back yesterday again to follow up but with the same result. There have been no effort from their (the branch) side to try and resolve the issue. I can not supply a reference number because he lost his phone.
