First of all, I did not apply for this funeral cover, I immediately notified MR Price/Miladys of such. Numerous calls, emails and even threats helped nothing, eventually i received a sms stating my "cancellation" was received and carries a 31 day notice period, note I did not ask for this but it was forced on me, and that was 8 February, so fine I accepted it, then comes my March statement and lo and behold, here the funeral plan is still being charged, Do I actually have to close my account to stop this illegal transaction carrying on? I have no other option I guess.
