I opened a new account 2020 not knowing my older account was active. I purchased and made a payment in store at Vincent Park Mall in East London. The payment reflected on my older account and not on my new account. I visited the store a few times to rectify and also made numerous calls. I recently noticed that I was listed as a bad payer on the credit bureau. Missed payment for December 2020 when the payment was made. I would like this to be rectified ASAP. The older account was closed but the missed payment on the credit bureau still reflects and I need it removed.
