On 18th November 2022 I advised MrPrice that I have picked up fraudulent activity on my account. Documents were submitted as request by Customer Care on the 18th.
Any emails requesting updates or resolution results in an automated response that a customer services representative has contacted me and the matter is resolved. This email is followed by an email advising me that a representative will contact me in 24/48 hours which never happens.
2 Months later the matter is not resolved and today I received an email advising me that they have received my documents and will investigate.
This just shows how unimportant customers and customer service is to MrPrice.
