Mr Price - Extremely poor service

Mr Price is trying to be all clever with online (watsapp) but cannot handle the traffic to that platform, I then resorted to trying to phone the call centre and was cut off on various occasions - eventually got through and o my goodness the girl did not have a clue what I wanted to know (do you deliver to Gonubie (outside East London) simple question could not answer or could not get info either - to say the least the sale is lost, ill go somewhere else, this is not the first time ive experience this - MR PRICE is a useless company when it comes to customer care - USELESS!!!
