God day,
I visited Mr price store on the 9.07.2021.
I paid with my current account (Standard bank)…
I bought items to the value of R550.68, the cashier told me that the amount never went through, so she did the transaction again. This means they double debited my account, I have been struggling to get any feedback or my money back from Mr price store in Parow Centre, they did not call me once to explain what the hell is going on, I have visited that store 5 times already because I really need that money
