THEY MADE ME USE THE SELF SERVICE TILL HOWEVER ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS AVAILBALE TO ASSIST.
THE CARD PAYMENT CAME OUT AS DECLINED BUT MONEY DID GO OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY MADE ME TO REPAY PROMISING ME THE MONEY WILL BE REVERSED ON MONDAY THE 26TH OF AUGUST.MONDAY CAME NOTHING FROM THEM AND I PERSONALY CALLED FOR AN UPDATE ONLY WHEN THEY TOLD ME MY STUFF IS STILL SITTING WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT.TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MANAGER TELLING ME THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ON THERE SIDE I HAVE TO GO TO MY BANK AND FIX IT MYSELF. THEY HAVE WASTED MY TIME, FAILURE TO DELIVER A SERVICE, INCOMPETENT OF THE MANAGER PROMISING ME SOMETHING WHICH THEY CANNOT FIX AND ENSURING ME IT WILL BE FIXED.
