On the 22nd of July I went to my nearest banch in Eerste River. I've requested for a quilted jacket from another branch to be transfered as my branch did not ever had that jacket before. I've asked the ladyat the counter if she could assist me with the item, I've showed her then the picture of the item I wanted to be transferred, she then said it would be better if I had a barcode, her colleague then said she'll have a look on the floor for something similar and got us an barcode. The other lady phone for the transfer & they told me that it could take up to 2 weeks for the item to come & they will phone me as soon as it arrives. They never phoned me & when I went there yesterday the 03rd of August 2022 they told me the item came last week already the lady asked me "Didn't anyone phoned me to come pick it up?" I then replied no nobody phoned me. The guy that went to go look for the jacket said that he don't see it at the back & that the night staff most probably put it out on the floor because they are changing the shop.
I'm just fed up now with this type of service as in a previous occasion I've requested for boots & the lady said just to wait a while as she asked on their whatsapp group if one of the other stores have it, I roamed around in the shop & when I went back to the counter I then saw she wasn't there anymore, when I asked her colleague where is this lady they said she stepped out to go to Shoprite & I felt like a real paw-paw that time as my children was with me, that was so embarrassing. I truly hope I'll get response from you guys. Thank you in Advance.
