Mr Price - Disgusted by the service and incompetent staff

I went to Mr. Price Sport in Retail crossing on Saturday to shop for swimming goggles. The goggles on the shelve did not have prices on them except for one that had the number "1" on it. I got to the till and advised the cashier that I want to buy the item for R1 because all I see is "1". That's where the back and forth began. The supervisor by the name of Thobeka called the store manager by the name of Thuli as she had already knocked off. Thuli is the most useless manager I ever encountered. No reasoning capacity whatsoever, a manager that is NOT solution based. The only thing she said was " Its either the customer pays the full price of the item, or she leaves the item". This is what the useless cow by the name of thuli said. I then requested to speak to the area manager, Angie got onto the call. There was the 3 of us on the phone(Myself, Angie and the cow thuli). As I was explaining to Angie what transpired and what the situation was, the cow kept on trying to interrupt me until Angie put her right well in her place. I am very much disappointed and disgusted by the service. How does such a big brand like Mr. Price hire such incompetent individuals. More than 6 items were not priced, why is that????

I was at the store for over 30minutes, if the cow thuli was solution based as its expected from mangers, we could have left the store sooner. AS MR PRICE, YOU CAN DO BETTER
