I saw on Clearscore that my Mr Price accounts shows in arrears and that I have missed a payment. I called the call centre who told ne that I must correct this with ITC (after they confirmed in store payment was received and that my account is up to date)
This is also not the first time you did this!!!!!
I paid my account.
It is not in arrears.
Mr Price messed up and now that expect me to correct this.
Mr Price own up and man up, Take responsibility of your errors and fix this!
